Welcome to Royal Truck Body, Inc.
President Dudley De Zonia started this enterprise in 1971 and was joined by Joe Valdivia, General Manager, in 1974. This management team has dedicated itself to delivering quality products at competitive prices. The Company has been a major innovator in service body design--anticipating the needs of its customers.
We have a 5,000-square-foot design studio and 145,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space. Royal pushes this space even further with an additional 40,0000 sq ft at our satellite locations. This Company has had a continuing pattern of growth since its inception, and its growth recently has been at an ever-accelerating pace. In 1995, Royal Truck Body became a bailment pool company for Chevrolet; in 1997, we became a converter pool company for both Ford and GMC; and in 2000, we added Dodge.In 1999/2000 we purchased River City Truck Equipment in Northern California, now Royal River City, and opened new facilities in San Diego, CA and Phoenix, AZ. With these additions, Royal Truck Body is now the largest service body company in the Western United States.
Royal Truck Body has the infrastructure, the ability, the energy, and the drive to grow with our suppliers and customers.
We are ramping up our engineering, production, and design with quality always taking precedence over all other considerations. Royal Truck Body has and will never lose its commitment to quality in providing our customers' service needs.
Today, 30 years later, the "ROYAL" trademark has emerged as the recognized leader in the Western United States.
